Welcome to the VK2FDK Website...
Contains information primarily associated with experimentation/operation in the Amateur Radio bands using Frequency Difference Keying (FDK).

Past Actvities
In the period between the 10th April, 1967 and the 25th May, 2007 I held the call VK2ZTO (I no longer hold that call). Under the VK2ZTO callsign I engaged in a number activities, including:
- invention of IFK (Incremental Frequency Keying - the basis of Jason & DominoEX)
- experiments with narrowband modes (FDK and AFK)
- authoring VFSKCW software
- VLF (8975Hz) experiments
- HiFer (13Mhz ISM band) experiments (including a HF version of FDK called Wandjina)
I maintain an interest in the FDK method - see "Present Activities" below...
Future Activities
Before inventing the IFK method I came up with concept of FDK (Frequency Difference Keying).
FDK will be the initial focus of this website - especially for HF frequencies (Wandjina).
Small Joke Alert: "An FSK called Wandjina..."
